Sarah is a registered dietitian and nutrition consultant in New York City. Sarah takes an individualized approach to nutrition working with clients to lose weight, lead healthier lives and look and feel fabulous everyday. Her goal is to make healthy living easy, fun and most importantly – delicious! She is committed to improving the health of individuals through positive lifestyle changes and healthier eating habits. When not working, Sarah loves spending time in the kitchen testing new recipes, running, and practicing yoga.
