Details

The after-school program “Media Smart Youth: Eat, Think, and Be Active” is an after-school program for 11-13-year-olds offered by the National Institute of Health. In addition to this, there is a 10 lesson curriculum designed to help students strategize healthy activity and eating patterns. The curriculum features action breaks and youth-centered video clips that summarize the day’s lesson.
