Christen Cooper, MS, RD has served as project coordinator for Linking Food with the Environment (LiFE), an inquiry-based science and nutrition curriculum taught in several New York City public schools. She is currently serving as a nutrition education consultant to Northern Westchester Hospital, partnering with Head Start and other local programs to to promote healthful eating strategies for low-income populations. Ms. Cooper also serves as a freelance writer and a frequent contributor to publications such as Today’s Dietitian.
