About Karen Nielsen

Karen Nielsen is a Dietetic Intern and Master’s student in Nutrition at Teacher’s College, Columbia University. With her chef’s training from the Natural Gourmet Institute and her professional gluten-free baking experience, she hopes to help make healthy eating fun and rewarding for kids and adults alike. She lives with her husband on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
