Woheema Parasram, MS, RDN

Woheema is a Columbia University graduate with a Master’s in Human Nutrition from Columbia University. She began her career as a nutrition educator for a well-known nonprofit that focuses on breaking the generational cycle of poverty for thousands of children and families in New York City. She currently serves as SuperKids Nutrition's Nutrition Content & Curriculum Developer. Woheema is dedicated to promoting better nutrition and reducing chronic illnesses in underserved communities. Her goal is to help the public achieve a better quality of life through nutrition education and strategies for positive behavior change. She's published in the Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior for her work with chronic disease risk reduction in Women of Color.
