Sandra is a registered and licensed dietitian focusing on healthy eating, primarily for children. Sandy currently serves as a nutrition consultant, and is the author of 11 books on nutrition. Sandy is also working with Freeda George Foreman on a fun, healthy and easy-to-follow nutrition and fitness program for the entire family. This program is not about weight, but about making healthy lifestyle changes and creating a new approach to health and fitness and about making small changes every day to develop lifelong, healthy habits.
