Carly Wertheim, MS, is a Bay Area-based nutritionist and health-supportive chef who works with people of all ages to develop their culinary confidence and create foods that nourish the body and spirit. She has her Masters in Nutrition from Columbia University’s Teachers College and is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute’s Chef’s Training Program.
