Jessica Fishman Levinson, MS, RD, CDN

Jessica Fishman Levinson, MS, RD, CDN is a registered dietitian and the founder of Nutritioulicious, a nutrition counseling and consulting practice in New York City. In her practice, Jessica counsels children, adolescents, and adults on many nutrition issues, with a focus on eating disorders and weight management. When providing nutritional guidance, Jessica uses an integrative approach toward disease prevention and management, while still ensuring that her clients enjoy delicious food. She also employs behavioral techniques that help clients overcome the difficulties of making and maintaining healthy changes.

In addition to her private counseling, Jessica consults for food and beverage companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Frito-Lay, Centrum, Avocados from Mexico, and the Corn Refiners Association. Before starting her own business, she worked as a nutrition editor at Everyday Health, Inc., a leading provider of online consumer health solutions. While at Everyday Health, Jessica helped develop content and meal plans for websites of well-known health personalities including Ellie Krieger, Joy Bauer, and Jillian Michaels.

Jessica has extensive experience as a nutrition writer, editor, and speaker. Most recently, she has co-authored We Can Cook: Introduce Your Child to the Joy of Cooking with 75 Simple Recipes and Activities (Barron’s, 2011), a cookbook for children ages 3 to 6. Jessica maintains a popular nutrition blog and has been featured as a nutrition expert for various television outlets including NY1, WNBC NY, NY FOX 5, and Baltimore’s WBAL/NBC. She has also appeared in several print outlets including Glamour, Fitness, and Woman’s Day, and serves on the advisory board of Scholastic’s Parent & Child Magazine. Additionally, Jessica has written for lifestyle websites including SuperKidsNutrition.com, JoyofKosher.com, MarloThomas.com, and EverydayHealth.com.

Jessica has an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics and a BA in Psychology, both from New York University. She is an active member of the American Dietetic Association (ADA), the Greater New York Dietetic Association, the National Eating Disorder Association, and various Dietetic Practice Groups of the ADA, including Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Food and Culinary Professionals, Weight Management, Dietitians in Business and Communications, and Behavioral Health Nutrition.

Jessica lives in New York City with her husband Andrew and their dog Bernie. She loves food, traveling, walking in Riverside Park, and playing with her nephews.
